What does it claim to provide?

CoverGirl Outlast All-Day Lipcolor is a kind of lip stain. The package says it will last 24 hours but many of the product descriptions from places that sell it say it lasts up to 16 hours. Either way, it lasts a very long time. It has been designed to be kiss-proof, food-proof and workout-proof. It calls itself “virtually life-proof.” It is applied in two parts, the pigmented part, the “All-Day Colorcoat” that comes in a tube with a doe-foot applicator as well as a second part that is a “Moisturizing Topcoat” to keep lips feeling smooth, soft and moisturized.
