What does it claim to provide?
A high quality all-natural, vegan, gluten-free and paraben-free moisturiznig creme made without using water. Very sensitive and rough looking skin…especially on the face….can i use diz product???(celtic complexion creme)very fair in complexion wit very high sensitivity.pls ur advice.

I have very sensitive and very dry/rough skin and I found it super hydrating and didn’t irritate my skin. That’s just me, though. I’m not a skin expert or a doctor so I wouldn’t know how to advise you fairly. I did like this product a lot.
