What does it claim to provide?

A water-resistant and fast-absorbing sunscreen with a matte finish.  Provides SPF 60 for high UVA protection to protect from UV-induced skin damage while outdoors. It provides long lasting protection and is photo-stable.  It is tested on sensitive skin, fragrance-free, non-comedogenic and PABA-free.
